Anti-Corruption and Anti-Trust Guidelines
Porsche Finance Group Ukraine, being part of Porsche Holding, promotes stable economic activity and fairness in business relations. One of the company’s indicators of success is the observance of a high level of business reputation. That is why Porsche Finance Group Ukraine developed and implemented Anti-Corruption Guidelines to undermine corrupt practices, and Anti-Trust Guidelines, standards that will promote fair competition.
Each of the documents contains specific definitions of main notions in accordance with international legislation as well as a detailed description of issues useful and important to Internal employees. For example, the Anti-Corruption Guidelines elaborates, with examples, on situations of corruption practice, with instructions for employees on how to act in case of such events.
The Anti-Trust Guidelines address issues with regard to market competition, and the development of employee knowledge of antitrust laws – both national and international.
