• Invoices are generated and sent to clients on the first days of the month (firstly by e-mail, then by Ukrposhta).
• If the contract was activated in the second half of the month, the leasing payment schedule will be shifted by one month (for example, if the contract was activated on May 20, the next invoice will be issued to the client only in July).
• To receive invoices under your financing agreement by e-mail, you need to send a message from your e-mail to the address service@porschefinance.ua with the subject "E‑mail", and text "Please send invoices for financing agreement #0000****".

• Early termination of the Financial Leasing Agreement is possible only after the payment of twelve payments (at the end of the 12th month of the contract).
• Invoices for the early termination of the Financial Leasing Agreement are issued in the second half of the month, i.e. the invoice for the current month must be paid, after which the Lessee sends an application by e-mail to the address service@porscheleasing.com.ua in the following form: "I would like to issue an invoice for the early termination of the contract No. 0000****, made out to the full name". Together with the invoice for early closing, the Lessee receives additional documents (act of final fulfillment of obligations by the parties, act of acceptance and transfer, price revision agreement). In order to remove the car from registration, it is necessary to provide updated photos of the car in electronic form (photos of the vehicle as a whole, the interior and body numbers: on the glass, on the body, and on a duplicate plate).
• In case of partial early repayment, the amount must be a multiple of the standard leasing payment. In this case, the client receives an updated schedule of leasing payments together with the invoice (the leasing period remains unchanged, and the amount of leasing payments decreases). Applications for partial early repayment must be sent by the 2nd of each month.

To travel abroad by leased car, it is necessary to issue a notarial power of attorney and a temporary car registration certificate. For this, the Lessee needs to apply in writing to Porsche Leasing Ukraine LLC.

The lessee must make monthly payments by the 15th of the current month. In case of late payment of these invoices, the following sanctions are applied to the Lessee:

• A penalty of 10% per annum of the amount not paid on time for each day of delay until the Payment is fully paid.
• Penalties for payment demands sent by Porsche Leasing Ukraine LLC: the equivalent of $15 to Euro for the first claim, equivalent to $20 to Euro for the second claim, equivalent to $25 to Euro for the third demand (if Porsche Leasing Ukraine LLC decides to send such a third demand).
• Reimbursement of any expenses incurred by Porsche Leasing Ukraine LLC and/or fees, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees, legal and extrajudicial costs, accrued/paid to reimburse amounts not paid by the Lessee by the Contract. The above-mentioned sanctions shall be paid by the Lessee within 10 (ten) working days after sending the corresponding demand to Porsche Leasing Ukraine LLC, regardless of the possible termination of the Contract by Porsche Leasing Ukraine LLC.
• The lessee is obliged to immediately notify Porsche Leasing Ukraine LLC of any anticipated delay in the payment of Payments or default that has already occurred by calling tel. +380 / 44 / 4986601 or to the e-mail address service@porschefinance.ua. The above-mentioned notification as such is not considered a reason for extending the term of making the Payment.

To receive additional information, it is necessary to send a request (to service@porscheleasing.com.ua) and specify the contract number.

• Invoices are generated and sent to clients on the first days of the month (first of all by e-mail, then by Ukrposhta).
• Bills are not issued for the month in which the credit was issued.

• Early repayment of the loan in full is possible at any time. If the borrower applied for the invoice before the 15th, the interest for the current month is not paid, if, after the 15th, the interest for the current month must be paid according to the schedule; invoices for early repayment of the loan in full are valid for three working days.
• Invoices for a larger amount (than in the repayment schedule) are issued based on the client's application in the form of a letter to service@porschefinance.com.ua: "Please issue an invoice for the amount of ____ hryvnias. Credit agreement No. 5000****, issued on /full name/. Such letters must be sent by the 2nd of the current month.
• To receive invoices under your financing agreement by e-mail, you need to send a message from your e-mail to the address service@porschefinance.com.ua with the following subject "E-mail", text "Please send invoices for financing agreement No. 5000****".

In the case of traveling abroad with a car that is pledged by Porsche Mobility LLC, you must send a request by e-mail to service@porschefinance.ua in the following format: "Please give permission to travel abroad with the car _____, loan agreement No. 5000 ****, in the period from 01.01.12 to 01.10.12".

The insurance rate, the amount of the insured amount, and the insurance conditions do not change regardless of the number of declared insurance cases and the number of payments for them during the entire term of the insurance contract.

Yes, it is possible to pay the insurance payment as part of the monthly loan payment, provided that an additional agreement is signed to the loan agreement ("Casco in loan" program).

Payment of insurance compensation in case of constructive destruction or theft of the car is carried out taking into account the market value of the car in the currency of financing, but in the hryvnia equivalent at the exchange rate on the day of occurrence of the insured event.

The territory of the insurance contract is Ukraine, except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.

There are no restrictions on the place of car storage, including at night.

Repairs are possible exclusively at official dealerships throughout the term of the financing agreement.

Thus, the insurance contract covers damage due to a gross violation of traffic rules (passing a traffic light prohibition signal or traffic controller's gesture; entering the oncoming traffic lane and/or crossing a double center line; exceeding the speed limit by more than 20 km/h).
